Example Day Spa is a small, independent day spa where you can switch off for an hour or a whole day. We keep numbers low, so the thermal suite never feels crowded and there's always a lounger free.
Our thermal suite has a Finnish sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, an outdoor hot tub in a walled garden and a cold plunge for the brave. Between sessions there's a quiet relaxation room with heated loungers, herbal tea and fruit water.
Our therapists are all qualified and insured, and between them they've been doing this for over forty years. We do full body and deep tissue massage, hot stones, facials and body wraps, and we have a twin room so couples can be treated side by side. Pregnancy massage is available from 14 weeks.
Robes, towels and slippers are included with every booking. Arrive 15 minutes early, change, and we'll take it from there.
