How it works
1. Search near you
Type your ZIP code or city. We show spas, massage studios, saunas and float centres near you, nearest first. Filter by type, and see who takes bookings online.
2. Pick a treatment and a time
Each venue lists its own treatments with the price per person and how long they take. Choose a date and you'll see the times that are actually free, straight from the venue's diary.
3. Answer a few health questions
For each guest: their age, whether they're pregnant, and anything the therapist should know, like high blood pressure or a recent injury. The venue's rules are checked before you pay, so you can't book something that isn't suitable. Your answers go only to the venue you book.
4. Pay and you're booked
You pay in full by card when you book, plus our $2.49 booking fee, shown before you pay. Your booking is confirmed straight away, with the address, what to bring and the venue's cancellation policy.
5. Turn up and relax
Arrive a little early. You've already paid, so there's nothing to settle at the desk for what you booked. We send a reminder the day before.
Who gives the treatment?
The venue does. It employs or engages the therapists, holds its own insurance, and your contract for the treatment is with it. Wellknown is the booking agent: we list venues, take your booking and payment, and handle changes, cancellations and refunds. See our booking terms.
Where do the listings come from?
Venues that take bookings joined Wellknown themselves. We also show other spas and studios from OpenStreetMap, the open map anyone can edit, so you can see everything in an area. Those are marked “not bookable online yet”; we have no arrangement with them.
